This program is for children 2-6 years of age.

Each week children will be introduced to a different theme through a combination of  stories, songs, finger plays, and crafts.

Children who attend this program should be able to color and use glue sticks independently.  

This program begins promptly at 3:30 p.m. A library staff member will come to the Children’s Department to let children know that it is time for the program.  

During the program, one adult per family must remain with children 3 and under to assist with finger plays and craft projects. In accordance with Library Policy 802 parents and guardians must remain in the building with all children under 5.

All the children will be escorted back to the Children’s Department at the end of the program.

Due to space limitations registration is required.

Explore your imagination and discover your creative side during this hour-long program. 

You can draw, create origami, build structures and learn how to use the AccuCut. 

Everything you make you get to take home.

We will provide a variety of craft supplies and you provide the idea.  The goal is to get your creative juices flowing, but if you need a little assistance, handicraft books will be available for you to browse.

This program will be held in the conference room at the Brownstown Public Library.

Drop in and make something creative with our building supplies. 

You can look through our idea books or design your own structure. 

Building supplies include: Legos, Lincoln Logs, Mega Blocks, Laser Pegs, craft sticks, etc.
